Höfner is a german luthier, who produced many kinds of instruments during the golden age of german guitarmaking between the 50s and the 80s. Höfner was known worldwide for their extraordinary quality and their traditional long tradition in making instruments. This was the reason, why many musicians, like Paul McCartney for example, swore on Höfner gutiars and played them through their carrer.

This Galaxie 173 is an extremely rare piece, especially in this condition. A truly unique find with great vintage tone thanks to its one of a kind pickup system - 3 single coils, 2 volume pots, 3 switches for each pickup and 2 tone pots.
