Description
The used 2024 Gretsch G6128T Players Edition Jet DS in Black merges iconic mid-century styling with modern performance upgrades designed for the working musician. Featuring a chambered mahogany body paired with a resonant maple top, this solid-body aesthetic delivers enhanced acoustic resonance, reduced weight, and supreme singing sustain. The sleek gloss black finish is complemented by nickel hardware, striking cream binding, and a silver vintage thick Plexi pickguard, capturing the unmistakable timeless look of legendary Gretsch electrics.
Equipped with dual TV Jones Power'D'Tron pickups, this Jet delivers a punchy, articulate voice that bridges traditional vintage twang with a hotter, rock-ready midrange bite. Modern player-focused appointments include a comfortable standard "U"-shaped mahogany neck profile, a smooth 12-inch radius rosewood fingerboard with rolled edges, and locking tuning machines paired with a Bigsby B7CP vibrato tailpiece and Adjusto-Matic bridge anchored on a pinned ebony base for superior tuning stability. Complete with its original hardshell case and maintained in excellent used condition, this 2024 model offers an elite blend of classic Gretsch tone and modern reliability.
