Built in the Martin Custom Shop and inspired by the legendary HD-28, this left-handed Dreadnought pairs a premium Adirondack spruce top with premium wild grain East Indian rosewood back and sides for a classic Style 28 foundation. Golden Era forward-shifted scalloped Adirondack spruce bracing enhances responsiveness and projection, while the striking Ambertone 1933 burst finish adds timeless vintage appeal. Appointed with an ebony fingerboard featuring Diamonds & Squares long-pattern inlays, a comfortable GE Modified Low Oval neck, and an LR Baggs Anthem pickup system, this Custom Shop build is equally at home on stage, in the studio, or around the campfire. Includes a molded hardshell case and Martin Custom Shop Certificate of Authenticity.
