Description
Crafted with the exceptional artistry and precise craftsmanship expected from Paul Reed Smith, this Hollowbody II Piezo showcases a striking 10-Top featuring highly figured flame maple on both the top and back. Dressed in a vibrant Cherry Sunburst finish, its fully hollow construction with a solid center block anchor yields an airy, highly resonant voice with incredible natural sustain. A pattern-profile mahogany neck topped with a smooth rosewood fretboard and iconic PRS bird inlays provides a fast, effortless playing feel across all registers, while the lightweight build ensures comfort through extended sets or studio sessions.
Tonal versatility is where this instrument truly excels, thanks to its powerful dual-pickup configuration combined with an integrated LR Baggs/PRS Piezo system. Equipped with a pair of articulate PRS humbuckers, it delivers everything from warm, singing blues solos to tight, high-gain crunch. Blending in the piezo system unlocks pristine, authentic acoustic toneseither isolated through dual output jacks or mixed seamlessly using the dedicated blend control. Whether you need a studio workhorse capable of covering multiple genres in a single take or a refined stage instrument with unmatched elegance, this pre-owned Hollowbody II delivers premier PRS tone and playability.
