This Martin Custom Shop Grand J-Size Baritone combines the powerful voice of a jumbo body with the extended range and depth of a 27.5" scale baritone platform. Inspired by the classic Style 28 aesthetic, this custom build pairs a premium Adirondack spruce top with East Indian rosewood back and sides, delivering the headroom, projection, and rich harmonic content that players expect from Martin's most revered tonewood combinations.
Built with forward-thinking appointments including an Adirondack spruce bracing package, GE Modified Low Oval neck profile, High Performance Taper, and ebony fingerboard and bridge, this instrument offers modern playability while retaining the traditional Martin character. The aging toner top, vintage-style Grover Statite tuners, diamonds and squares long fingerboard inlays, and satin neck complete a refined Custom Shop build designed for players seeking the unique sonic landscape of a Martin baritone.'
