The Evans Black Chrome tom heads have a unique construction with a ply of 7 mil clear film overlaying a 7.5 mil black film to create a mirror-like appearance. This unique design, coupled with the Evans Level 360 collar technology, makes for a strong and sleek looking head that is easy to tune and delivers maximum attack. The opposing films of the Black Chrome tom head create a shorter sustain and an accentuated mid/low frequency response.
