This visually striking, royal blue-hued Grand Orchestra is a stunning showcase for quilted maple's aesthetic beauty. The combination of Big Leaf maple back and sides with a Lutz spruce top produces surprising warmth along with a clear, focused midrange and distinct top-end sparkle. This custom acoustic-electric also features well-placed touches of figured Hawaiian koa for the beveled armrest, heel cap, and binding for the body and soundhole. To complement the koa's organic character, we've crafted the rosette, peghead logo, top purfling and edge trim with paua shell, which is accented with mother of pearl in the Mission fretboard and peghead inlays. Other appoinments include dark-stained bone bridge pins with green Australian opal dots and premium Gotoh 510 tuners in antique gold.
