This 6-string edition of the Jacob Collier Signature Model is a sibling to the 5-string signature model inspired by a custom 5-string Taylor acoustic guitar Jacob plays. The JCSM-6 shares the same design features but in a 6-string/standard tuning configuration (the 5-string model is tuned to DAEAD, reflecting Jacob’s preferred guitar voicing). The guitar features Taylor’s compact Grand Concert body style, crafted with solid, Select-grade Hawaiian koa top,back and sides, which display rich color variegation. The ebony fretboard, bridge and headstock overlay feature natural marbling, showcasing a blend of espresso and caramel hues. The visual character of the woods gives each guitar its own unique personality, promising each owner a truly one-of-a-kind instrument to inspire their musical pursuits.
