In an attempt to slow the spread of this virus, we will operate business in the following ways until further notice:

*In store by Appointment or 2 customers maximum in the store at any time. Please call 603-623-8022 option 2 and one of us will coordinate with you.

*Curbside 1 on 1 basis to take care of your needs for Buying/Selling/Trades/Returns/Repairs

*Home delivery through shipping (standard shipping methods) or personal courier service. We’ll come to you or meet you at your comfort level and convenience

*Text Hotline at 603-264-0480 to work out anything in advance. It is new to us and has been very easy and convenient for customers using it.

*The Outlet and Pro Audio and Lighting Showroom will be open to 1 at a time and coordinated with a staff member

*The Tech Shop will be closed to the public but we are still working on current repairs. New repairs must be checked in by appointment through the store (603-623-8022 option 2) We will get through these times together and we appreciate the support you’ve given us. We are prepared to go to great lengths to make sure Music, Live Music and playing music can thrive during this period. It will get better.

Hello all.

This is Joe the owner of the Music Mill. With the world seemingly turning upside down, I want to make some adjustments for the safety of our customers and employees. I am so fortunate to have a business in the greatest industry on the planet, and we do like to keep things light hearted. However, we will take this virus and the safety of all our customers and staff very seriously.

Until the Covid-19 virus is under control and new cases are stabilized or decreasing, these are some things we will be doing to provide a safe and clean store.

We have hand sanitizing stations at all entrances to the store and outlet and ask that you use them on your way in every time.

We will be disinfecting the strings/fingerboards of all guitars, as well as amp knobs and surfaces daily.

We will limit store occupancy in the main portion of the store to 25 (not including employees) to give everyone a comfortable shopping experience. The Outlet will be limited to 10. This won't typically be a problem but there are times where we get very busy and we will monitor the occupancy levels for everyone's comfort and safety.

We would ask that parents or guardians waiting for their student in lessons spread out between the upstairs waiting area or in chairs along the lesson's hallway.

We will offer curbside service so you don't feel like you have to come in the store if you don't want to. We are happy to arrange private showings of gear locally or courier things locally. We also ship all over the world so we are certainly capable of shipping to our local customers in NH and MA.

We have set up a Text Hotline for any customer who wants to get fast price quotes, send pics of trades or gear to buy, if they want pictures or more information on something we may have, special order information, etc. This will be for your use only and not used by us to solicit to you. The number is 603-264-0480. It will be active starting tonight and it will be a great way to get business done whenever you don't want to come in. Even without the potential safety concerns of this virus, this new Text Hotline will be a great way to get aggressive price quotes and options, to get info. to us without waiting for email or callbacks, etc. I will personally manage the Text Hotline and I'll make sure you are being taken care of.

We are so grateful for the local community, and we have customers young and old who enjoy the store. We want to be responsible for our community and believe that the quicker we take action, the quicker it will be managed.

We will maintain our regular hours unless the government, federal, state or local, intervenes. We had a Fender Event scheduled for next week that we will cancel and other events that draw larger than normal crowds in our store. At this point it feels irresponsible to me to attract more people than normal for the sake of business. We as a business will be fine and the Music Mill is very strong and stable. We want you to feel 100% comfortable shopping with us and I'll do anything to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
